that people actually want to use — first in fashion, then in digital. My career started on the design floor: building tech packs, chasing trends, sourcing fabrics, and leading teams through the full apparel lifecycle for brands ranging from luxury labels at Barneys to national retail programs at Walmart and Sam's Club, where I helped drive over $15M in annual business volume.
Along the way, I realized the same instincts that make a great apparel designer — reading trends, understanding a customer, translating research into something tangible — are exactly what make a great digital product designer. So I brought that lens into UX/UI, leading brand strategy and product design for startups, nonprofits, and small businesses through Blaire Davis Studio.
Today, I move fluidly between both worlds: directing seasonal collections and go-to-market strategy for apparel brands, and leading end-to-end UX design — research, wireframes, prototyping, launch — for digital products. Whether the deliverable is a spec package or a Figma file, my approach is the same: rigorous research, a clear strategic point of view, and design that's built to perform.
